Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If the product was in stock. You can cancel before the order ships.

If you purchased a custom product, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. If you want to change the design or layout of your custom order, please send us an email or give us a call.

How long will it take to receive my custom products?

Turnaround on custom products varys 1-4 weeks. Turnaround on vinyl products, such as stickers and magnets: 1-2 weeks. Turnaround on metal products such as keychains and magnets: 2-3 weeks. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for domestic shipping.

Note: In stock products ship in 1-3 days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note, turnaround time of custom products can vary 1-4 weeks. In stock products are shipped in 1-3 days. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please note, we do not offer returns for custom products.
